Will Christopher, originally from Warrensburg, MO, is the principal assessor, trainer, and motivational coach for Will Christopher Consulting. With more than twelve years experience in business development, training, leadership, and modeling the way, he excels in entrepreneurialism, business concepts, and aligning individual behaviors with organizational strategies and values.

Among his many passions, Will enjoys sharing his expertise with others, and has been the primary guest speaker for several business and civic groups, including the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Women Business Owners, Virginia Association of CPA’s, and Old Dominion University’s School of Business.

Experienced both with local small businesses and multi-billion dollar international organizations, Will started his career in the emerging technologies field of Document Management Solutions, quickly became a top performer, and went on to lead sales teams to record profits. He thrives on new business development and improved business practices and is always looking for ways to act as a catalyst for positive change. No stranger to being in the trenches and helping under-performing teams improve while always keeping the client’s interests paramount, Will quickly learned the formula to his success was to be a consultant, resource, and friend to those around him.

Prior to joining the business field, Will proudly served as a Sergeant and Paratrooper for six years with the elite US Army Airborne Special Forces at Fort Bragg, NC where he learned accountability for departmental standards and developed leadership skills through his units’ many national and international missions. Simultaneously attending college during his military service, Will is also a graduate of Methodist College in Fayetteville, NC with a B.S. in political science.

Will has a personal passion for being challenged that compels him to explore people, opportunities, and the world. A few examples of activities that best characterize this drive are: helping Hampton Roads come a curve ball away from obtaining a Major League Baseball team; changing thousands of lives through helping sick children with The Noblemen; and working with local, state, and federal entities to bring true High Speed Rail to the invaluable Golden Crescent Region of Virginia.

To complement that passion, Will is involved in several social and civic organizations including the Downtown 100, the Future of Hampton Roads Board, and the Hampton Roads Public Transportation Alliance Board of Directors. Will is also a 2005 graduate of Lead Hampton Roads and a proud recipient of Inside Businesses’ “Top 40 Under 40” award.
