Gary DuBour, Jr.

Gary DuBour, Jr. is a native of Springfield, Massachusetts, and now resides in Norfolk, VA. He has been riding mass transit for 23 years.

Gary works part time for the City of Norfolk (Norfolk Public Libraries) as an aide, soon to be an Assistant Librarian.

Gary has been a Board Member of HRT’S TRAC (Transit Rider’s Advisory Committee) since November 2008.

Gary has been on the Board of Directors and Legislative Committee Co-Chair for Hampton Roads Public Transportation Alliance since August 2009.
